Paper Towers

In Te Ngahere we have been learning how to make paper towers. We used two pieces of newspaper and 30 cm of tape. I learnt that the only way that you can make a big tower is by making it stand in the air. The the hardest thing to do was finding ideas to build our newspaper towers. We all built them straight because it was the easiest way to make it. We were good at working together and making it work. Please try to give feedback.

  1. Hello Kayden it’s Dezray. I like that you used a picture . I liked that day because it was very easy and hard at the same time. Hey not to be mean but you got a few mistakes in there. You got the the in one sentence and maybe you could use just a little bit more detail. What was your favourite part?

  3. Kia ora Kayden,

Merry Christmas! I hope you are having a great holiday so far :)

My name is Tayla and I am the Cluster Manager for the Summer Learning Journey in Kaikohekohe. I just wanted to pop in and say that it’s not too late to start the programme! You can find the activities here: https://sites.google.com/site/summerlearningjourney/weekly-activities

You can do any of the activities, so take a look at some of the options. I’m sure there will be something that you’ll find interesting to learn about.

I hope I get to read some of your work!

    Ngā mihi,
    Tayla
